“U.S. Treasury yields declined during Tuesday’s trading amid escalating geopolitical tensions in Europe and concerns over the potential expansion of the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The yield on the 2-year Treasury note — the most sensitive to interest rate changes — fell by 1.5 basis points to 4.268%. Meanwhile, the 10-year yield dropped by 3.5 basis points to 4.38%, and the 30-year bond yield declined by a similar margin to 4.57%.”
